WHITE SUMMER

White linen trousers - Forever 21 / V neck top - H&M / Geometric black n white earrings - Onix Jewelry / Iridia mirror shades - Fendi / Black leather clutch - Zara / Strapy Sandals - BCBG Max Azria.

This summer has been amazing, tons of exciting things happened, like me getting engaged!! Which is the most amazing thing that has ever happened to me, seriously I couldn't be any happier, to be marrying the love of my life!!

Unfortunately all the wedding planning, has kept me away from the blog this past months, between several summer vacations, my work, my new store and the craziness of the wedding! It’s nearly impossible for me to keep track of my posts, and believe me I wish I had time for it all.

So I’m sorry that I haven't post anything in a while, but even though this is gonna be a super busy year, which includes me moving away from my home town, to live with my future hubby on his, I promise I will try to make time for you and the blog.

This photos are a bit old, but this all white look, with black enhancements was one of my favorites of the summer and I finally got to share it with you. I think this post is the best way to say goodbye to the summer, with a crips and super chic monochromatic ensemble, a slick pony tail and some cool accents, which make this total white look work perfectly for the season transition. I’m a bride to be to after all, so I should start getting used to wear more white!!

Have a great day!
love,
Andrea

SUMMERTIME

Floral jacket & Golden cuff  - Julio / Cropped T-shirt - H&M / Ripped boyfriend jeans & Studded sandals  - Zara
Colorful stone earrings  & Camel patent clutch - Vintage.

For my first official summer post, I decided to share this awesome pictures, from a fun and colorful look I wore during the spring - summer transition. Today I wanted to share a cheerful outfit, because I’m celebrating that I just got engaged to the love of my life. We’ve been together for almost 7 years, and I couldn’t be happier or more ready to spend the rest of my life with him. So since I’m a supper excited and on a very happy mood, I though my new post should be too!

This look has the perfect balance of casual and chic, by mixing a pair of ripped boyfriend jeans, with an old cropped top, you get an easy laid back vibe. But then by adding some cool accents, like a bold printed jacket, a pair of gold studded sandals and why not, some extra flashy accessories, you take a simple leisure look to the next level, making it fierce for a hot summer day.

Get ready for an amazing summer, mine has already started on a very high note, so I’m sure it will definitely be unforgettable!! I promise to share all the special details from my wedding with you, so you can come along on this crazy ride, I just hopped in!

Have a great weekend!
love,
Andrea

BEHIND THE SCENES
PHOTOS BY - GABRIEL GOMEZ

A couple of weeks ago I had the honor to collaborate with Perrier and E entertainment television, on a special photo shoot for Chic Magazine, the famous brand chose me as their local representative, to be their public image of their road to refreshment line of events. The magazine cover and spread where dedicated to me, on this interview I talk about my career as a stylist, my blog, and my love for fashion. It is a small summary of how I got to were I am today, as well as my plans for the future.

For this editorial I created four different summer looks, which represent my style and personality, which matches great with perrier’s classy but super fresh, modern style. I wore some of the hottest trends of the season, styling them with a funky twist, adding my personal touch.

The awesome shoot took place on the terrace of one of the trendiest restaurants in town, Gallo 71, were we spent the entire afternoon battling with the heat, trying not to melt between shots. We chose an extremly hot day to work outside, but thanks to Perrier’s new slim cans, we managed to survive the heat, and in the end we got some pretty great shots.

I had so much fun during this long day of work and I really am happy to have had the chance to work with them, everyone on the crew was so nice, that we all enjoyed it very much. The best part is that you’ll get to see a bit more from my experience with Perrier’s team, next week on E’s Zona Trendy program, you’ll be able to watch the complete coverage of the Perrier Road to Refreshment party, as well as my interview and  a cool behind the scenes footage of the photo shoot.

I’ll let you know when it airs, enjoy your day!
love,

ALL IN ONE

Camo jumpsuit - Julio / Denim jacket - Hollister / Golden bangles - Vintage
Wish bone necklace - Marc Jacobs / Metallic clutch - Atmosphere / Grey suede sandals - Forever 21.

Jumpsuits are one of the most comfy pieces on trend, they are so easy to wear and pull off and they just look really cool on. One piece suits have been pretty famous over the  past seasons and they still are, weather as a short romper version or as a pant jumpsuit, loose or thigh, sexy or romantic, with a print or how ever you like it, this fun all-in-one trend is here to stay during the entire summer.

I wore a loose camo green suit a few days ago and I paired it with an old denim jacket, to make it much more casual for a day in the city, I added a contrast of gold and silver accents, wearing some golden accessories, a stack of vintage bangles and then matching them with a silver clutch and sandals, to get a bit of a boho vibe. Then I wore my hair to a side on messy braid, put on some eyeliner and a peach pop of color on my lips and cheeks, to get this summer’s perfect effortless beauty look.

Hope you like it, have an excellent week!
love,
Andrea
